Tal Top 100 is an annual recognition of the engineers, founders and managers who quietly make Indian tech work. The people their teammates would follow across companies. The ones whose names you only learn by working with them.
Anyone who has worked under a great boss can nominate them. One sentence, one phone number, and your real Google identity. We don't accept second-hand stories. We don't accept self-nominations. And we don't rank by vote count — a popularity contest is not what this is.
When nominations close, our editorial panel reviews every endorsement. We weigh credibility, diversity of voices, and what was actually said. The final 100 — twenty in each of five categories — are picked by humans, not a leaderboard.

Nominations are anonymous to the boss. We never reveal who nominated whom. Phone numbers are visible only to Tal — used to send the recognition gift to honorees. We never share them with third parties.
